Terms of service

All custom orders require approval and payment upfront before production begins. A design mockup may be provided and must be approved prior to completion. Customers are responsible for reviewing all design details (including spelling, colors, and sizing) before approval. Turnaround time begins after final approval and may vary based on order details and demand. HEAViii by Design reserves the right to use custom designs for promotional purposes.
